Despite few issues initially, whole staff pulls it together at the last moment and relaunch is a success with customers giving all positive inputs. Customers start getting food and most of them look happy with the menu changes.

Initially, the kitchen runs into some delay because the menu is new, Peter cracks under pressure and struggles to manage the food service. Guests start to arrive for the dinner service. Peter shows his appreciation by giving Gordon a hug. Gordon asks Tina and her mother to run the dining room. The next day, Gordon asks Peter and his dad to cook in the kitchen. Gordon talks with Tina, who tells him that Peter takes money all the times, even when the restaurant is struggling to break even. When Gordon arrives at dinner service, he notices that Peter is giving away lots of complimentary food and drinks to compensate delays in serving. Eventually, Peter understands what needs to be done. When the fight gets over, Gordon Ramsay identifies that Peter is the main problem.

Peter gets into an explosive fight with the visiting debt collector. On next day, Peter gets a visit from the local debt collector. For changing the restaurant Peter has to change. Everyone blame Peter for the lack of ownership that leads to an ugly confrontation. Upon confrontation with Peter and staff, Peter blames the chef for the poor condition of kitchen and freezer. He finds rotten food, mold, rotten onions in the kitchen, it is in dismal condition, the freezer is not functional. The Next day, Ramsay gets in the kitchen early for inspection. That does not go well as the discussion turns into the blame game for Tina and Peter within few moments. Peter again shows “He is the boss” attitude when he walks over to Gordon. The second order, lobster ravioli is covered with parsley, which when is pointed out, starts a huge fight and shouting inside the kitchen. As first order arrives, Gordon tells waiter Angelo that salad is all rotten and crab cake is not fresh and is cold in the middle. Gordon orders for the crab cake and lobster ravioli. After meeting the family and chef Robert, Gordon sits down for tasting the menu.
